Marinate the Meat:
- In a large bowl, mix chicken/mutton with yogurt, red chili powder, turmeric, salt, biryani masala, and half of the fried onions.
- Let it marinate for at least 1 hour (overnight for best flavor).

- Boil 6 cups of water with salt, lemon juice, and whole spices.
- Add soaked rice and cook until it's 70% done (firm inside). Drain and set aside.

- Heat oil and ghee in a large pan.
- Add cumin seeds, whole spices, and green chilies.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté until golden brown.
